Live 75-minute Messaging Lab
For coaches, consultants, service providers and creatives. Before the Lab, I study your chart and write you a personal Mercury Message Reference by hand. Then, live with a group of no more than 15, we hold that clue up against what you've already lived and built. You leave with one clear message to test this week.

What it is
Find Your Message is a live, highly interactive 75-minute Lab.
We start with one clue from your Human Design chart: Mercury, the part that speaks to how you think and what you naturally have something to say about. I look it up from your birth details and write it out for you by hand, in plain language.
Then we put that clue beside your lived experience, your expertise, your opinions, your client work and the way you already talk, and look for the thread that's already there.
This isn't a reading, and it isn't a Human Design class. You don't need to know anything about Human Design. The chart gives us a clue, not a conclusion.

Who it's for
You have the experience. The expertise. The client stories, and the opinions you say out loud on calls but never quite get onto the page. You may already have clients, offers and a body of content.
And still, when it's time to say what you want to be known for, everything feels too big, too scattered or too much like someone else. So you second-guess it, or you stare at the blank page, or you let AI and a formula fill the gap and end up with polished language that could belong to almost anyone.
This Lab is for experienced coaches, consultants, service providers and creatives who know they have something meaningful to say. After the Lab, you:
Why it hasn't clicked yet
Most messaging advice pulls you toward one of two extremes. Neither a marketing formula nor a chart gets to hand you the answer.
The philosophy
Don't manufacture it.Recognize it.
In their words
“I too have been searching for the common thread… a generous practical (needed) offer.”
“Love how accurate Aurea Wolf is with human design. Very meticulous and on point with it.”
“I… actually saw a common thread running through everything I do.”
I'm Aurea Wolf. I've spent more than 25 years in business, built and sold a company, trained in Human Design for business through the BG5 program, and been featured in USA News and on NBC5 and Action News 12. What I do best is notice the pattern underneath what you've already lived and built, then help you put words to it.
This is the Lab's first run, so there are no Lab testimonials yet. These words come from my other work and from people who've seen the Lab.
How the Lab works
Before the Lab
Your Mercury Message Reference
I study your chart and write your reference by hand, then send it to you before the Lab. It's yours to keep. Read it ahead if you like, but there's no homework.
In the Lab · 1
The clue
A short, plain-language look at the Mercury lens we're using, so you know what you're working with. No Human Design background needed.
In the Lab · 2
The evidence
Guided exercises that put the clue beside your lived experience, expertise, client work, recurring interests, opinions and existing content.

In the Lab · 3
Your Message Map
Put words to the conversation you want to keep having: what you talk about, what you believe about it, what your people are stuck on, and what changes for them. You get live feedback as you go.
Here's mine.
One post opener I wrote from it“For years I struggled to say what I do in one simple sentence. I'd try on someone else's formula (‘I help women who...’) and it would come out sounding fine and feeling wrong.”
Yours will look completely different. That's the point.

In the Lab · 4
Three ways to use it
Turn your map into language for three places: the post that catches the right person's attention, the line that invites them to a next step, and the content that keeps them with you over time.
In the Lab · 5
One message experiment
Choose one specific thing to put into the world and observe, so you leave with a next step instead of another pile of insights.
After the Lab
The replay
Rewatch the Lab whenever you want to revisit what came up.
After the Lab
Experiment debrief (optional)
Wednesday, October 28 at 12pm Pacific. Come back to talk through what you tried, what happened and what surprised you. Can't attend? You'll have a way to share asynchronously.

Pilot Edition
The pilot price is real. Future Labs will be priced higher. This first round helps shape the Lab and the interactive tool it may become. Seats are capped at 15 because I prepare every Mercury reference by hand. Registration and birth details close Monday, October 12.

Questions
No. I'll give you the context you need. This isn't a Human Design class, and you don't need to understand your chart before you attend.
Yes. This isn't Messaging 101 or another fill-in-the-blank formula. We look across what you already know, believe, have experienced and keep returning to, for a thread you may not have recognized before.
No. Mercury gives us a clue and somewhere interesting to start looking. It isn't a prescription. Human Design is one layer of the exploration. We put that clue beside your lived experience, expertise, perspective, interests and real-world evidence to see what patterns emerge.
No. Sharing is optional, but highly encouraged. You'll get more from an interactive Lab when you're willing to experiment. Sometimes hearing yourself say something out loud is enough to realize, "Oh. THAT'S it." Or, "Nope. That's absolutely not it." Both are useful. It's also a quiet Human Design principle at work: instead of thinking your way to the perfect answer, you get to notice your own response, and your own inner authority, as you interact with ideas in real time. You choose what you share.
Not a finished brand, and that's on purpose. You leave with one clear message to test, your written reference and the replay. Everyone gets feedback on their map during the Lab, and the debrief on October 28 is where we look at what happened when you put it out there.
An accurate birth time matters because it can change the Mercury clue we start from, and I don't want to pretend we have precision when we don't. Birth-time rectification is a separate process offered by practitioners who specialize in it, and it isn't included in this Lab. If you're unsure of your birth time, contact me before you register so we can decide together whether the Lab is a fit.
The Lab is live on Google Meet on Thursday, October 15 at 12pm Pacific and runs 75 minutes. When you register, you'll give your birth date, accurate birth time and birth location. These are due by Monday, October 12 at 11:59pm Pacific so I can prepare your Mercury Message Reference and send it before the Lab. You'll also get the replay, and there's an optional debrief on Wednesday, October 28 at 12pm Pacific.
Attend the Lab live, participate in the exercises, and if you don't leave with at least one message experiment worth testing, email [email protected] within 7 days (by October 22) for a refund.
Bring what you know, what you've lived and what you can't stop talking about. Leave with a message you can say, share and test.
